As expected I tried the supplied link in this email for my third time of trying to claim for this canceled journey! Now twice today the system has said it is not possible to use this form to claim this amount and that I should contact my travel agent or KLM customer service.
I did not use a travel agent but the KLM site and the customer services contacts are all phone numbers and there is no provision to make contact except by phone as I am overseas and this is not possible. I might say the phone contact number information is also incorrect, as it says the Norwich office opens at 5am on Sunday and this should read 8am which I know because I tried to contact it at 6am on a Sunday 29th August when you cancelled another flight at 2am in the night and there was a recorded message to tell me it opens at 8am.
I have made a clams before – one of which is acknowledged in the email below.
Now just how do i get action?
I have written a personal letter to Mr on this and other issues and await a response from him too.
